Biographical Sketch:
Martha Raymond serves as the National Coordinator for Heritage Areas with the National Park Service in Washington, DC, providing budget, legislative and policy support for forty-nine congressionally-designated national heritage areas. Ms. Raymond holds a M.S. in Historic Preservation from Columbia University and undergraduate degrees in Art History and Psychology from the University of Virginia.
