Biographical Sketch:
Dr. Lianne Ball is a Science Advisor to the Environments Program at USGS Headquarters. She works with DOI Bureaus to increase capacity for application of adaptive management to natural resource management. From 2005-2014 she was the National Coordinator of the Amphibian Research and Monitoring Initiative (ARMI). She comes to USGS from the USFWS where she worked as a Biomonitor for the USFWS at the Carlsbad Field Office. She received her Ph.D. in Ecology, Evolution and Conservation Biology from the University of Nevada, Reno.
