Biographical Sketch: Wink Hastings is with the National Park Service, Rivers, Trails and Conservation Assistance co-located with the Chesapeake Bay Program in Annapolis, Maryland. He assists citizens, local governments and non-profit organizations with water resource management and strategic conservation planning; sustaining locally-valued natural resources while contributing to the restoration and protection of the Chesapeake Bay. He has a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Utah State University, Department of Landscape Architecture and Environmental Planning.
