Biographical Sketch: Kathy Fleming is a landscape ecologist in the USFWS Migratory Bird Program in the Branch of Population and Habitat Assessment. She received her PhD in wildlife ecology at SUNY School of Environmental Science and Forestry, and MS in wildlife biology at California University of PA.
