Biographical Sketch: Aran O'Carroll is Executive Director of the Canadian Boreal Forest Agreement. He is responsible for providing program management support to all the signatory organizations of the CBFA. Before taking that position, he was national conservation planning coordinator for the CBFA’s work on protected areas and species at risk. He is on long-term leave from the Canadian Parks and Wilderness Society, where he was the national manager of legal and regulatory affairs and its lead negotiator for the CBFA.
