Biographical Sketch:
Trisha Kehaulani Watson was born and raised in Manoa Valley on the island of Oahu. She is a graduate of Punahou School. She obtained her M.A. from Washington State University and her J.D. and Ph.D. from the University of Hawaii. She specializes in environmental and cultural resource conservation. She is the Co-Chair for the IUCN Theme on Indigenous Peoples, Local Communities, Equity and Protected Areas.
