Biographical Sketch: Charles Landry is Executive Director of the Western Riverside County Regional Conservation Authority (RCA) which administers the Multiple Species Habitat Conservation Plan (MSHCP) for western Riverside. He has served as the RCA Director for the past seven years. Charlie has extensive experience in planning and construction of major environmental and infrastructure projects. From 2002 through 2008, he worked for Jacobs Engineering planning and developing transportation projects in Southern California. He was also the consultant project manager for the Riverside County Integrated Project, integrating land use, transportation and the western Riverside County MSCHP. He is a retired U.S. Army Corps officer with 22 years of construction and troop experience. His last military assignment was as the Deputy Commander for the Los Angeles Corps of Engineers District. Charlie has a Bachelors and Masters degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M and a Masters in Business Administration from Centenary College in Louisiana.
