Biographical Sketch: Prior to joining NFF, Mr. Belden was with the Council for Watershed Health managing Watershed Monitoring Programs and a large Green Infrastructure Project. I experienced the value and importance of our local mountains for Los Angeles’ precious water supply firsthand by taking samples throughout the watershed, building examples of bio-swales and drought friendly landscaping, and developing policies for municipalities.
