Biographical Sketch: Aaron has worked in Alaska for 16 years in wildlife biology, landscape planning as well as partnership development and community engagement. Much of his research and management efforts have focused on understanding the relationships between human use and wildlife resources. In his current position he is focused on building research partnerships to address landscape level environmental stressors in the Aleutian and Bering Sea Islands region. He has B.S. degrees in Fisheries and Wildlife Management and Geography, specializing in GIS and Remote Sensing from Utah State University and a Masters in Natural Resource Management from the University of Arizona. He enjoys spending time in the outdoors with his wife and two young children.
