Biographical Sketch: Tom Daniels is a professor in the Department of City and Regional Planning at the University of Pennsylvania. He is the former Director of the Lancaster County Agricultural Preserve Board. He is the co-author of Holding Our Ground: Protecting America's Farms and Farmland.
