The Importance of Intentional Design

Building on session 2 (How Federal Agencies Can Play a Key Role in Nurturing Collaboration), this presentation drills down to the very specific intentional design concepts for a cascading sets of meetings to build and maintain a growing large landscape partnership, using the Chesapeake as an example. It maps and illustrates the meetings and work between summits to help others understand what is needed to manage and carry out the flow of work and key decisions.
