The Role of Universities in Supporting Large Landscape Conservation

This presentation explores how universities are engaged in supporting large landscape conservation efforts as catalysts, facilitators, and trainers.  It will highlight the role of the University of Montana (in partnership with the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy) in helping provide the backbone support necessary to facilitate the emergence and growth of the Roundtable on the Crown of the Continent and the Practitioners’ Network for Large Landscape Conservation.
