Environmental Groups and the CBFA

This presentation will discuss how and why environmental non-governmental organizations (ENGOs) became involved in the CBFA. It will explore how the agreement is about resolving issues between the forest industry and environmental organizations in Canada. The presentation will also highlight, however, that fact that the CBFA's goals can only be realized in collaboration with First Nations and other affected communities that live within Canada's large boreal forest landscape.
