Biographical Sketch: Frank Fay is the Forest Service business lead for the LANDFIRE program. He is a fire ecologist at the Washington, DC headquarters in Hazardous Fuels and Fire Ecology, part of Fire and Aviation Management. Frank has been with the Forest Service for 29 years in a variety of positions in California, Oregon, and Utah before moving to DC.
