Biographical Sketch: Mr. Newman is Chairman, Maryland Indian Tourism Association and Beaver Clan, Choptico Band of the Piscataway-Conoy Indians. He spent 6 years with the National Museum of the American Indian as Consultant and Cultural Information Specialist.
