Biographical Sketch: Elsa Haubold has served as the national Landscape Conservation Cooperative coordinator for about a year. Previously she worked for 12 years on wildlife diversity and endangered species issues at the state, regional, and national level with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. Elsa also brings a wealth of non-governmental organizational experience, coordinating the Texas Marine Mammal Stranding Network for two years. Elsa holds a Ph.D. in Experimental Pathology from the University of Texas Medical Branch, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife and Fisheries and Master of Science in Veterinary Anatomy from Texas A&M University. She also holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston Clear Lake.
